We all know that water is important for our health and that we should be drinking 6-8 glasses a day. You've heard this your whole life and it's true! You really should be drinking 6-8 glasses of water a day and here is why. Water helps in regulating metabolism and detoxifying your body which helps you lose weight. It aides in digestion and stops constipation, improves your immune function, prevents bad breath, reduces the risk of headaches, migraines, and cancer, regulates your bodys temperature, promotes healthy skin, keeps the joint moist to reduce inflammation and pain associated with arthritis, improves cardiovascular health, and it boost your energy! That's just a little of what water can do for you so if you're thinking wow I probably should be drinking more water but I really just don't like it then here are some tips to help you out. I often hear people telling me "but I don't like the taste of water". Let's be honest water doesn't really have a taste it's water it's a cool refreshing liquid but it doesn't have a flavor. Often times people can't overcome that little hurdle when trying to consume more water so I would like to encourage you to use these methods for naturally flavoring your water rather than opting for the water flavoring packets you find in the store. Those flavoring packets often contain added sugars which negate all the good you are striving for while drinking your glasses of water during the day.
If you absolutely need some extra flavor try adding your favorite berries to your glass or a couple slices of cucumber. You can even put in some lime and mint. By using these natural fresh options you get to add a little flavor to your water without any added sugars or fillers that you find in flavoring packets - and you get the added benefit of the nutrients found in these berries and herbs! I love water and I crave it but I wasn't always this way. I forced myself at first but it does get easier I promise! Once you start benefiting from regular water consumption you'll no longer be reaching for sugary juices and sodas that are preventing you from fully hydrating your body. Keep it up, you can do this!

We know very well water is most important for our life. Without water we cannot leave. But clean water is good for health other wise dirty water is causes of many disease. Water prevent us many disease and its very good for kidney.
